This visualisation is also useful because it's a very graphic way of showing the increase in the number and the spread of short-term rentals across a city.

Getting data from Inside Airbnb, it should be easy to replicate in other cities.

Animating it as a GIF instead than presenting it as a series of static images is another possibility.

Publishing a series of visualisations of several cities covering the same years is another possibility.
